The Full Story
Play Therapy
Mammals have been playing for millions of years. It's how we learn to become who we want to be. By "playing a sport", "playing an instrument", or "playing a role" or being curious about playing around with something new, we try out parts of ourselves that we want to explore. In therapy, the role of play is to feel safe in exploring parts that don't get to be active in a world of screens, school and work. Come back to nature, come back to creativity, come back to exploration.

Explore
What would we do if there were no screens? Imagine a world where you could be curious about nature and being part of the environment around you. Play isn't toys. It's practicing for life.

Sensory Play
Sensory processing is essential for present moment awareness. It can be a challenge for many people to be in the body when struggling with sensory difficulties. Sensory play is crucial for somatic development and adaptability in different environments.
